MessageStream is an enterprise-wide solution that can be used by any organization or individual that can benefit from real-time notification of important clients needing attention or any critical data.  The following scenarios clearly demonstrate how specific groups will find MessageStream of particular value:

 

Contact Center/Call Center Managers

The Contact Center/Call Center manager, while in a meeting, receives a page indicating that the customer queue wait time is 15 minutes.  This means that MessageStream has already notified all agents via their desktop PCs and electronic message boards that the queue breached the 10-minute interval.  However, the problem has escalated.  Thanks to MessageStream, the manager immediately re-deploys offline staff to resolve the deteriorating service concern, and safeguards repeat business and customer loyalty.

 

Mobile Executives

A busy account executive is delivering a sales presentation offsite to a client.  The account executive is anxiously anticipating a call from John Smith’s office to indicate that they are ready to choose his company for an important joint venture contract.  The competition is tough and timing is critical.  However, the account executive is confident that he can respond appropriately without being tied to the phone, because MessageStream was pre-configured to send an alert to his pager only when he receives a voice mail message at his office from John Smith.  The account executive’s pager vibrates with the MessageStream alert and he takes this opportunity to suggest a brief meeting break.  The account executive’s immediate response to a final question impresses Smith and wins the contract.

IT System Managers

Voicemail downtime is unacceptable. Before MessageStream was installed the IT system manager spent two days of valuable time chasing offenders when voicemail capacity became an issue and ultimately the system stopped taking messages.  With MessageStream, the IT system manager receives an e-mail indicating when a user has reached their allotted voice mail storage limit.
